If you're looking for a realtor, do yourself a favor and work with Jenny. As a first time home-buyer I was nervous and overwhelmed when I started looking, but Jenny helped me throughout the entire process. The market was insane in my price range and she would schedule showings the day the houses hit the market. Super fast at communicating, flexible, and will go the extra mile for you. She is amazing; 1000% would recommend.

Jenny helped us get financing in a difficult purchase of a condo. She was always available or returned calls very promptly. Her follow up to find answers was great. Jenny made things work even when they did not seem like they were going to. Her attitude was to give us client services above expectations.

Jenny Leazer was recommended to us through our realtor in Cedar Rapids. Upon our 1st visit to Ankeny, she showed us 4 potential homes and the 1st one was everything we wanted. Jenny negotiated for us, while we were involved in selling our house in Cedar Rapids. With many phone calls and emails, she kept us in touch and guided us through the process. At times we were discouraged, but Jenny always came through. It seemed like a long time, but really was a quick 6 weeks from start to finish. We now have the home we dreamed of, thanks to Jenny.
